They dismissed it with the restitution. :) Needless to say I was quite scared. But I am sure thats the whole point of the process! *shivers* I NEVER am going to go through that again! I just got off work so I am tad weathered at the moment but I will tell you more later! :) I am totally going to retain you in mind for my biz stuff when legal matters are involved.
